Together, we plan celebrations with the same hands-on approach — milestone birthdays, reunions, intimate weddings and special events. We find venues, work within budgets, coordinate food, decorate spaces, handle music and sound, source live entertainment, create invitations and build interactive experiences from scratch.
Sometimes the memorable piece is a band. Sometimes it’s an unusual venue. Sometimes it’s a life-size Polaroid that becomes an alumni yearbook a year later. We look for the thing that makes the event belong to the people in the room.

Andrew brings a background in business development and data science, along with years as a musician and connections throughout the local music community. His business experience brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to planning — using data and trends to understand what works, make smart decisions, manage budgets and find the right solution for each event. His music background also gives Milestones an inside understanding of live entertainment, sound and the local talent that can help turn a gathering into a celebration.
Abbey brings a background in procurement and supply chain — experience that translates naturally to event planning through budgeting, sourcing, organization and keeping all the moving pieces on track. She also has a creative side and a love for decorating events and transforming a space to fit the occasion. Her experience with special-effects makeup adds another layer to that creativity and attention to detail.

The Game Plan
For people who want professional direction and are comfortable doing the legwork.
Includes: one 90-minute planning session, budget guidance, a venue/vendor shortlist, entertainment or activity ideas, a planning checklist and one written Milestones event plan.
No vendor contacting, booking, negotiating, ongoing planning or event-day work. Upgrade to a larger planning package within 30 days and we’ll credit the Game Plan fee toward it.
Coordination
You’ve made the big decisions. We help make sure the pieces actually come together.
Best for: vendor confirmations, timeline building, setup oversight and event-day coordination. Final pricing depends on hours, guest count and event complexity.
Planning
We plan alongside you and take real work off your plate.

For larger celebrations, corporate events and events with more moving pieces.
Built around the event: full planning, vendor management, creative direction, production logistics and on-site execution. Pricing is based on scope, complexity and managed event budget.
Not just a reunion.
An experience that keeps growing.
The life-size alumni frame started as a simple idea: give people something fun to do together, then turn those photos into something the alumni could keep coming back to. Andrew built and ran the photo experience, and the portraits later became a physical alumni yearbook display. The next phase added yearbook-style questionnaires so future displays can pair each person’s photograph with their memories, likes, dislikes and advice.
Budget, details, setup — and then the celebration.
This intimate wedding was about making a real budget work without making the celebration feel bare. The planning covered favors and décor, venue and catering coordination, the cake, room setup and the ceremony space — with the details handled before guests arrived.
A train station. Live music. A milestone worth doing right.
Within the first week of active planning, we were comparing venues, working through the budget and sourcing live entertainment based on both fit and value. The celebration is planned for a distinctive train-station venue, with Paul Davie of Beatlecuse booked for live entertainment.
The finished-event photography will be added after the party. For now, this case study shows the part clients usually don’t see: researching, contacting, negotiating and getting the important pieces moving quickly.
